About Me

Always an athlete. I grew up as a swimmer and volleyball player. I ended up going to Michigan State University getting my BS in Exercise Science with a cognate in Exercise Physiology. While I was there I picked up running and eventually triathlons.

I moved back to my hometown of Cincinnati, OH where I become a personal trainer and did a lot of in-home personal training, along with in the gym and corporate fitness. I was married, started having kids and worked my way out of the fitness field to stay home to raise 4 kids and homeschool them for 14 years. During that time we moved to Tampa, FL, which is where I now reside.

My crazy busy years as a stay at home mom, taught me a lot about our bodies, stress, time constraints, emotions as women, but my health suffered. Long story short, I found solutions that not only to get MY body back, but I was able to get my fitness back, train, qualify and run the iconic Boston Marathon two times now- as a busy mom, and earn a spot representing a holistic nutrition company as an endurance athlete.

I went through an extremely stressful time in life that had me coming back to work. As a certified NASM personal trainer, having my NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist, I am now on a mission to use my passion for health and fitness, my experiences as a crazy busy mom and now entrepreneur, to be there for women and be their encouragement that they, too, can feel confident- body, mind and spirit- to carry out all the demands of their lives.

Frequently Asked Question

Do I need access to a gym?

I am able to put a exercise routine together with whatever available equipment or space you have available. A full gym, a home gym, or even a few pieces of equipment type of space.

What is included?

You will have access to your training routine, nutrition tips and recipes, group challenges through my personal training app. We will also have weekly zoom community calls where we will share progress, have helpful training, nutrition hacks & mindset tools, along with enjoying a community of woman who inspire each other.

If I have a friend, can we train together?

Absolutely! We can put a fitness plan together that allows you both to reach goals and keep each other inspired. You can be a part of our entire community to share the value of such a partnership, no matter your goals: weight loss, lean muscle mass or corrective exercises.

What happens if I need to pause my membership?

Your success is our goal. We understand, as women, life happens. Although I will make sure you are making yourself a priority, if a break in your fitness routine needs to happen we can absolutely pause your membership.
